Join Joy August as she holds space and guides you in a deep clearing breathwork session.
This time will begin with some introduction and intention setting. Then we will move into 60-75 minutes of deep connected breathing where we learn to let go and build trust with our bodies and our hearts to release old patterns, stuck energy, suppressed emotions and trauma. The session will end with some time of integration.
Please bring: yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water, & journal.
