DESCRIPTION:Join Joy August as she holds space and guides you in a deep clearing breathwork session. \nThis time will begin with some introduction and intention setting. Then we will move into 60-75 minutes of deep connected breathing where we learn to let go and build trust with our bodies and our hearts to release old patterns\, stuck energy\, suppressed emotions and trauma.
